Claremont on the Park – Broad Construction

Advance Formwork were engaged by Broad Construction to construct this apartment complex overlooking the Claremont Oval. The project consists of two 7 story apartment buildings with 2 basement levels, for a total area of over 48,000 m2.

For this project Advance Formwork were responsible for:

• Formwork;
• Concrete Pumping;
• Concrete Place and Finish;
• AFS installation; and
• Detail Excavation

Advance completed this project in 2018.
