Advance Formwork have recently won the award to begin the concrete and formwork package for the new residential development, Riviere Residences on the Applecross foreshore for PACT Construction. The project consists of shared podium levels amounting to approximately 25,000m2 of suspended floors and two 13-storey residential towers. The project is expected to begin in November of 2022 and have 56 week programme.

• Detail Excavation

Advance Formwork have recently begun construction on this multi-use Health & Knowledge Precinct at Murdoch. The project consists of 3 basement & podium levels of circa 11,000m2 each, which then splits off into 5 separate buildings of varying heights, with the tallest being a further 12 storeys. In total, there is approximately 80,000m2 of suspended slab formwork on the project, with a total of over 33,000m3 of concrete required to be placed over a 10 month program.

Advance’s scope for this project includes the following:

• Formwork;
• Concrete Pumping, Labour & Management;
• AFS Supply & Installation;
• Cranage Supply & Labour; and
• Detail Excavation.

The project is due for completion in May 2022.

Advance Formwork are currently engaged on the multi-storey car park at Mandurah Train Station for PS Structures. The Metronet project is the first of several major infrastructure projects upcoming in WA in the coming months & years. The 2 suspended levels of the structure consist of a total of 25,000m2 of suspended slab, circa 600 columns and 6 insitu cores, to be completed within a 6-month construction program.

The project is due for completion in July 2021
