Advance Formwork have recently completed the construction of this 5 storey luxury apartment complex in Floreat at Perry Lakes for BGC Construction.
The project consists of approximately 14,000m3 of concrete over 30,000m2 of suspended slab formwork.
Advance Formwork are responsible for the following packages on the project:
- Detail Excavation;
- Concrete Pumping;
- Concrete Place & Finish;
- Formwork; and
- AFS installation.
The project was completed in mid 2020.
